OUR MANAGING DIRECTOR
As founder and managing director, Teresa Stevenson brings a strong foundation in business advising, human resources, and professional development to her work. A proud Columbus native, Teresa has lived in eight states, gaining a broad perspective and real-world experience along the way. Throughout her career, she has onboarded, trained, and coached more than 5,000 individuals, helping them build confidence, strengthen their skills, and achieve meaningful results.
Teresa is often asked what she enjoys most about HR or what keeps her engaged in the field. Her answer is simple: "The thing I love most about People Operations (i.e. Human Resources) is the opportunity to encourage, empower, and support others. When people tell me that I have helped them reach a goal, then I know I am doing what I was created to do."
Teresa is a GrowthWheel® Certified Business Advisor, an Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR), an Everything DiSC Practitioner, and holds a certificate in e-Learning Design. She is also an active member of the Columbus chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO), and the Association for Talent Development (ATD) (COATD).
