Teresa Stevenson is a proud Columbus native who's had the pleasure of residing in eight states,  onboarded, trained, and coached over 5,000 individuals using many different systems to accomplish results. Teresa is passionate about coaching everyone from leaders to small business owners, aiming to move them to reach their fullest potential or help them grow beyond their anticipated benchmark.

Teresa is often asked what she enjoys most about HR or what continues to keep her engaged in this field: "The thing I love most about Human Resources (i.e. People Operations) is the opportunity to encourage, strengthen, and support others. When people tell me that I have helped them reach a goal, then I know I am doing what I was created to do."

Teresa is a  GrowthWheel® Certified Business Advisor, a certified associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR), a member of The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), The Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO), The Association for Talent Development (ATD), a certified  Everything DiSC Practitioner, and holds a certificate in e-Learning Design.
